If dollar burgers  didn’t pique your interest (or whet your appetite), how about dollar day at Crisler Arena? On Wednesday, December 22, at 7pm, the U-M women’s basketball team will take on the Boston College Eagles. Admission is only a buck, and hotdogs will cost only a buck.

The Wolverines beat the Eagles in Boston last year, but the Eagles are coming in ranked #24, and the Wolverines are coming off their worst loss of the year. On Saturday, U-M lost to the University of Detroit-Mercy, 67-48.

It was just a very poorly-played game all around. The Wolverines only shot 30% from the field and allowed the Titans to out-rebound them 47-30.

Even so, it’s worth a buck, isn’t it?  As an added attraction, the alumni band will be playing instead of the student pep band because the kids are on vacation. If you haven’t heard the alumni band lately, you’re in for a treat.
